Who We Are

Summer 2015-14 retouched 500bThe partnership between Robbie Karp and Jane Randel began more than 20 years ago when we worked together at Liz Claiborne Inc. – Robbie as Head of Corporate Affairs and General Counsel and Jane as Head of Corporate Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility. But it was a series of exceptional circumstances that forged our work bond. From allegations of sweatshop abuse to spearheading the Apparel Industry Partnership (now the Fair Labor Association)…from defusing protests against brand names and charges of abuse from animal rights activists to serving on the Liz Claiborne Foundation Board and working to end domestic violence…from acquiring numerous brands to selling them off as part of a public turnaround, we have accomplished great things. Together and apart, our corporate social responsibility work has earned us individual recognition. We were both profiled in Crain’s New York Business’ “40 Under 40.” Robbie was a Rockefeller Fellow, sharpening her knowledge of public/private partnerships, while Jane co-founded NO MORE, a national public awareness and engagement campaign around domestic violence and sexual assault. In addition, we each serve on numerous non-profit boards whose missions span human rights advocacy to helping victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Our commitment to the issues and causes on which we worked has brought us together in our new venture – helping businesses, foundations, and individuals achieve their mission and financial goals while positively contributing to society.

“Working together we have seen how even small but significant steps towards positive social change can have far-reaching results.”
